Privacy

Your privacy, in plain words

Last updated October 9, 2026. This covers the Primal Network Agency website and the Pocket Cub game.

What we do not collect

No accounts, passwords, login codes or payment details. We will never ask for them on this site.
No names, emails or phone numbers.
The names you give your pet and anything you type in the game are never sent to us.

What we measure

We use cookie-free analytics (Umami and Vercel Web Analytics) to see how the site and game are used. This includes which pages and buttons are used, rough location (country or region), device and browser type, and where a visit came from. It is anonymous. It is not used to identify you or to follow you around other sites.

We also run our own first-party analytics. It gives each browser a random code stored on your device (it is not your name, email or IP address, and we do not store your IP address). With that code we keep a short record of what happened during a visit: pages opened, buttons and links tapped, how far you scrolled, how long you stayed, and which device, browser and country or region you used. We never record what you type. Records are deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record nothing.

In the game we also record anonymous actions, such as which pet was picked, which features were tried, and answers to the quick questions the pet may ask. We use this to improve the game and to understand what creators need.

What stays on your device

Your Pocket Cub progress is saved in your own browser on your own device. If you turn on reminders, they are notifications from your browser. You can turn them off in your browser settings at any time.

Other services

The site is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Links to TikTok and Discord take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Primal Network Agency is not part of TikTok. Agency communication happens on Discord only.

Your choices

You can use a content blocker, or turn on Do Not Track, to turn off analytics, and the site works the same. To delete your visit record, ask in our Discord and share the code shown in your browser's local storage under pn_v, or clear your browser data to start fresh. You can clear your browser data to remove your game progress.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
